Lee has been there for us at each step of both our original purchase and our refi. In fact, we kinda fired our realtor and had Lee represent us at closing. He kept up with the correspondence throughout our ownership, even 5 years later. It was because of those communications and his availability to discuss options for refi that we ended up with a loan structure that was perfect for us. I rarely feel truly taken care of and without worry with things like this. I do with Lee.

Lee is FANTASTIC and an Expert in his craft. This is my second transaction, first for the mortgage (several years ago) and now most recently for the refinance. There is absolutely NO other Loan Officer my family would trust. Lee was there every step of the way, to guide and educate us through the entire loan process. I worked with Lee to refinance my mortgage and the entire process was a breeze. Lee was very quick to let me know what documents were needed throughout the months and was always willing to jump on the phone to clarify any questions. By the time we closed, he was able to lock us into a rate even lower than that we were promised when we initially started to work with him.

Lee was in constant communication about what information/ documents he needed from us and was quick to answer any question we had. The process took a few months because of how many people are buying/refinancing right now but it was pretty easy to navigate with Lee.
