I am a 1st time home buyer who has been looking a long time. Lee sends happy holiday emails, keeping his name fresh in mind. I had several failed attempts at buying a hse over the years, and Lee supported me each time with quick responses so I could place a bid. Two hses failed inspection, & svl others I was out bid, but Lee treated each occasion like it was the most important to him, he never gave up. His dedication and support were priceless. Lee was tremendously responsive. This was our first home purchase and Lee was helpful throughout (Feb - May). He took time to explain the process and was very quick to produce comparative numbers for different properties and rates when we were actively looking at properties. When we finally made an offer, the rates jumped up (it was at the very beginning of COVID). So, we floated the rate, and he kept track daily to get us the best rate. We ended up getting a great rate - right where we started

Lee was very helpful in walking us through the entire process as this was our first mortgage experience. He was knowledgable and we felt he had our best interest in mind at all times.
